I dropped off 5 items and was given a receipt with the total amount due, and I was told I could pay at pickup. When I returned to pick up my items, the total had increased by $8. I was never contacted about any changes to the services or additional fees being added. Transparency and communication are important, and unfortunately this experience fell short. I will not be returning to this location.
Went to drop off my military uniform in order to try to save time. I usually iron and press my own. When dropping them off I still explained where the creases need to be and do not touch the pleats because they are permanent. When it was time for pickup I found that my shirts were pressed completely wrong the pleats were doubled and the crease on the sleeve with my rank was not centered. If you are needing military press on your uniforms do not go here you will be dissatisfied.
A Cleaner is an excellent dry cleaner in Greenville. They service both commercial and general public accounts and are my go to place for all my cleaning and alterations
Always do excellent work. They have fast turn arounds and they are the most affordable in greenville. They got cat urine out of a down comforter (no residual odor whatsoever) and got a large and videos stain out of a delicate dry clean only dress. I highly recommend them. They are also open later than most dry cleaners in town.
