Exceptional service all around! He replaced the freon in our ac while we wait a day for the parts and the warranty checks! Super friendly and super professional service. Very responsive and accommodating with our schedule! He was straightforward and transparent which we appreciate especially not knowing much about ac systems and repairs. Just exceptional all around!
I would 10 out of 10 recommend this company for any hvac needs. They were sent to me by my home warranty company and it was an amazing experience. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything in terms I understood, showed me before and after photos of the issues and fixes, he was on time, courteous and got my ac up and running like new. Thank you so much for your services and attentiveness to help your customers.
It was a hot day and our AC decided to stop working. We called this company and within two hours Technician arrived at our house. He immediately diagnosed our problem and was ready to begin repairing the unit. I cannot rave enough about how professional and kind the technician was. In addition to fixing the AC he also found some important details that needed attention in our attic. He cleaned out our drain pipes and even changed our air return filter. We signed up for the maintenance package and you can sure bet that I will ask for that technician to be the one to come do it. It is hard to find dedicated, polite young men anymore but today I met one. Call this company and ask for that technician.
We had Technician do our heating maintenance. He was very thorough and made sure everything was working great for winter. Also provided good recommendations and is pet friendly. Recommend that technician for all your AC and heating needs.
Called the technician after I suspected another company was charging me too much. He was efficient and professional. He easily explained the job and quoted me a fair price. The technician he sent was also efficient and professional. The technician wore slippers when he entered the house and he is knowledgeable. The technician has a text service advising when the tech is on the way. That was super. Overall, the whole experience was very good. I will definitely call them again.
