Helpful and courteous, once they find your membership info. They could not find by name or phone for some reason, had to give them membership number, but all good. Scored some free bottles of water too!

Outstanding service and value. Saved a bundle on car, renters and earthquake policies. Surprised to wait in a slow line (20 minutes) for getting vehicle tags, but still better than going to the DMV.
