Our worst nightmare occurred when we woke up one morning to find 2 inches of water on our hard wood floors. A copper pipe in a wall sprung a major leak. This stressful time involved many layers of remediation. The only bright part of this experience was when we contacted Abbey Carpet & Floor at Patricia’s & Lisa Moya showed up at our door. Lisa’s communication with us was outstanding and her commitment to meet our deadline for having the work completed was perfect. Lisa turned one of the most stressful times in our lives to an extremely positive experience. Everyone associated with Abbey Carpet has been professional & totally committed in providing quality work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring! Our new floors are beautiful! Lisa Moya is one of a kind!!!

Abbey Carpet & Floor had just the flooring I needed to replace my old carpet. Lisa came quickly and gave me a quote for my samples. The material arrived soon, and within days they came and moved my furniture, ripped up the old carpet, installed the Mohawk plank flooring, put my furniture back in their original spot, and left the place clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We went away while they worked which made it less stressful. The whole team was very nice during the process.

We’ve completed multiple projects in two different homes with Chad and his team at Abbey Carpet & Floor at Patricia’s and have been extremely pleased with the results every time. From full bathroom remodels to a pantry or bar backsplash, each project has been seamlessly executed. Excellent communication throughout and their crews are always considerate and respectful when on site. Chad will absolutely be our first call when we start our next tile project

We recently hired Chad with Abby carpet & floor at Patricia's , to replace the flooring in our medical office. Chad replaced both the tile and carpet throughout our entire building, and we were thoroughly impressed with the results. Chad was amazing to work with! We needed new carpet for our condo rental before putting it on the market, and he made the whole process so easy and stress-free. He went out of his way to get it done fast, and it turned out amazing!
