Hi, just had Joshua from allamp electric at my home in Iona to repair my 8kw generac home stand by generator. Called the office and Natasha dispatched him and he arrived within An hour.. I was surprised at how fast he arrived. He was polite and very informative and wanted me to understand how the generator operated. He made his evaluation and within 30 minutes he had it up and running. Price was very fair and I was very pleased with his work. I would call them again for any issues in a heartbeat. Juan was amazing the way we are expected to be treated as clients. Juan checked the safety of our electric panel and outlet issues as well as smoke detectors. He was on time professional and did the job! If there were 10 stars we'd give it to him .👍 In this day and age finding honest contractors are hard this was great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
All Amps has always provided excellent service in maintaining our whole-house generator. When our generator needed attention today, Josh was at my door 1/2 hour later. OK, he was answering a call from my next-door-neighbor who had also just phone the office.
I've used this company in the past for electrical upgrades and fixture changes in the past. I recently neglected my generator by leaving old gas in the tank. I called All Amps and spoke to the owner Tyrone. He was pleasant and got me scheduled quickly. The technician Joshua showed up today and got working on the generator asap. He kept me updated on the repair and let me know everything that was done. They even provided me with some extra gas for the generator so I could start running it bi weekly for the upcoming hurricane season. You won't go wrong with this company for electrical and generator work!
Very affordable and professional with excellent installation! Was done in about 45 mins highly recommend and will definitely use their services again!
