I paid $400 for a blended balayage and walked out with a rushed, botched head of foil highlights full of bleed lines and horizontal banding. When I reached out for a resolution, the owner Danielle blamed my hair history and the complimentary wine they served me instead of taking responsibility for the stylist’s technical mistakes. They only offered a 'quick fix' toner a week later, which doesn't fix bad application. For $400, I shouldn't have been left in tears. I am now seeking a full refund to pay for a correction at a competent salon. Avoid this place if you actually want a balayage

I recently moved to the area and was dreading having to find a new hair stylist as I’ve had my hair ruined a few times. I booked an appointment with Camryn and oh WOW! It was such a fantastic experience. Camryn not only did an amazing job with my blonde highlights and cut, but she is also super sweet and friendly. She listened to exactly what I wanted and I think this is the first time ever going to a new stylist and have my hair look perfect! The salon is very nice and everyone is very welcoming. I highly recommend the salon and especially Camryn! 🌟

The best hair salon i’ve found in SWFL! Stephanie does an amazing job with my hair and I leave every time feeling so confident! The salon is always so clean, the entire staff is so friendly, and their product line is amazing!

I went to Balayage Boutique expecting the expertise their name implies. Instead, I paid $400 for a rushed job that left me with severe bleed lines and harsh horizontal banding the exact opposite of a blended balayage. The owner, Danielle, refused to take accountability for these clear application errors, instead blaming my hair history and even the complimentary wine they served me. To make matters worse, she expected me to wait an entire week for a “fix” that was just a toner and root shadow to hide their mistakes. I left in tears and now have to pay for a full color correction elsewhere. This salon takes high end prices but delivers amateur results and toxic customer service. Avoid this place at all costs

I had an appointment with Stephanie and she was wonderful! She did my hair for the first time and she did it without rushing and explained what she was doing at each point. I couldn't have had a more pleasurable experience and I will certainly refer her to others. I am already getting compliments about my hair. : )
