I called for a general inquiry and there was no greeting over the phone, just an awkward "...hello?" After I broke the silence. Made me think I called a random person and not a business. Representative who answered the phone sounded very unsure of herself. Overall it wasn't very professional and left a strange impression on me. They answered my question though.
These guys were at a trade show giving out swag in exchange for 5 Star reviews. Do not trust.
