We truly had excellence customer service. Juan and Gilbert were our technicians. They were on time and knocked it out in about 4 hours. Very knowledgeable when we asked questions. Got the job done! Afterwards they cleaned up after which we appreciated. The company offer great pricing through Chris. We would highly recommend this company to others. They have been in business a long time. Worth every penny. We will be enjoying the AC in the garage now! THANKS 😊

I want to make a call out to Certified Heating & Air! What a great experience I had this week. JC & Jody showed up early and did the best install I could ever dream of! They not only did quality work but they took time to explain the whole process and how to operate my new system! Their Supervisor was awesome too! Todd came out to make sure everything was going as planned! What a great Company with really talented people! 5 Star for sure!

He took the time to clearly explain what he was doing throughout the entire process, making sure I understood the condition of my system without ever talking over my head. What really stood out was his honesty and guidance—he didn’t just do a quick fix and leave. Instead, he walked me through the best plan of action moving forward, giving thoughtful recommendations to help improve the long-term performance of my unit and avoid future issues. Okay let's start off with the communication. After I call them made my appointment I received multiple calls, texts, emails informing me of the progress of my tech and when I could expect him. Then when Preston showed up, he was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. After doing his initial inspection he walked me through everything that need to be done, and all the price points. I was so happy with all of the overall experience I signed up for their annual maintenance program. I definitely give them a five-star rating.

First of all, Certified Hearing and Cooling did a fantastic job, from start to finish, of successfully submitting and securing approval for us at all required levels through the HOA maze at Babcock Ranch for adding an AC Split to our garage!! That was so welcomed and appreciated!! An installation date was then set up quickly to accommodate our schedule. The day of service JC and Jody installed our AC Split and did an outstanding professional job!! In addition to their great work on the inside and outside of our garage, they were very courteous and their clean-up was amazing!! The AC in our garage is unbelievable!! We highly recommend this service team and plan to continue future service on our HVCA with this company!!!
