Pierre is a Lifesaver—He Saved Our Florida Home! ​If you are looking for a home watch person in Florida who is diligent, trustworthy, and truly proactive, look no further than Pierre. We closed up our house for the summer and relied on Pierre to check both the interior and exterior regularly—a decision that absolutely saved our property. ​Pierre’s attention to detail is unmatched. A few weeks after we left, he called us immediately after noticing a small amount of termite dust on a baseboard. He was able to trace the source to a beautiful, expensive painting we had recently purchased; the wooden frame was infested. ​This was a disaster averted. Pierre FaceTimed us immediately to show us the evidence and, with our permission, he didn't just move the item—he took the initiative to discard the painting frame directly in the dump for us, preventing the termites from spreading to the structure of the house. ​Had Pierre not been checking the house, I genuinely believe the termites would have caused catastrophic, potentially irreversible damage over the summer months. I don't know if our house would still be standing today. ​Pierre does more than just check boxes; he is an essential guardian for our property. Pierre provides an outstanding service that I recommend to everyone who owns a second home. His inspections are very thorough and he sends a detailed report within hours of doing the inspection. He is always available to check on things in between inspections if you need it and he’s very good at communicating what’s happening when you’re not there. It gives us such peace of mind to know that he is looking after our property.

Check My Home is by far the most professional and comprehensive home watch service there is. We were away for Hurricanes Helene and Milton and Pierre Tremblay from Check My Home took care of securing our home for the storms and did a fabulous job of checking our home for any damage in a timely manner after the storms passed, complete with photos. He communicated all weather reports and kept us up-to-date on his plans for the upcoming storms We are so blessed to have found this exceptional service and highly recommend them.
