Our A/C unit stopped cooling over the July 4th weekend with a house full of relatives. It was 90+ degrees inside the house. I called several companies and Chris Mechanical answered and responded. Technician GREG was knowledgeable and arrived within hours. He explained everything and completed the repair expeditiously. I am pleased with their work ethic and repair. I plan to utilize this company in the future. Great Job Greg.

I highly recommend Chris Mechanical. Greg is very professional, knowledgeable and dedicated. He explained in detail what the problem was and what they needed to do to fix it. We had to wait on a part, however, it came in sooner than expected and they were able to install it immediately!! Thank you to Mike and Christian for their expertise, dedication and professionalism.

Old HVAC furnace for downstairs of house crapped out. Called Chris Mechanical who responded and quickly diagnosed problem (cracked heat exchanger) and showed me photos of damage discovered. Company had a quote prepared for a replacement unit by morning of next day at a lower price than my research had anticipated. Only issue from that point was having to wait for an available spot to schedule a job that large which was a week out. Was offered complimentary space heaters to take the edge off while waiting, but turned down since I have my own. Got a call from Chris a couple days later saying he could move the install forward to that very day after discovering the job scheduled for that day was for an unoccupied rental property and could be switched with mine. Obviously took him up on the offer. Company arrived at 8:30 am and had new unit installed and working properly by 2:00 pm. Very friendly and helpful technicians. Pleased to do business with Chris Mechanical. Highly recommend if you find yourself needing these types of services.

Benjamin was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable when explaining different things that needed to be done to my system to keep it running correctly. He answered all my questions and made some suggested recommendations, but was not pushy about selling me something I didn’t need. Because of his helpful suggestions, I opted to have several. Improvements made. I wholeheartedly will recommend Chris Mechanical and Benjamin to anyone looking for servicing their HVAC system. Benjamin‘s thoroughness and attention to detail was most impressive.. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen this extra extraordinary level of customer service.

Excellent service from Chris Mechanical Services. I needed a new system, and the installation crew, headed by David, was very professional and efficient. They were able to get the install done in a timely manner on a day when thunderstorms were forecasted for the late afternoon. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled the old system away—and they did all this on a hot and humid day reaching 90 degrees!
