Had a bad experience. Started off well with great communication after booking, but on the day of I was told the cleaners couldn’t make it after I had reached out due to no message. They ended up having Dawn and a partner show up at 3pm for a 9am cleaning I booked. Regardless, Dawn’s cleaning was good but he ended up breaking the soap dish in the bath tub. Did not mention this to me until I brought it up. The partner that he brought was terrible. Had to be on top of her the whole time which basically defeats the purpose of hiring someone…especially when I paid for a deep clean. I wanted to give a new business a chance..but they did not meet the expectations.

Don't waste your money! I booked a deep clean with Conch Cleaning and unfortunately was really disappointed with the experience. After the first clean, several things were missed...my toilet handle still had visible fingerprints, many surfaces in my apartment still had a layer of dust on them, my kitchen counters weren't wiped down at all, my sink was somehow clogged, among other issues. I reached out and the company did send a second cleaner, which I appreciated, but many of the same issues STILL weren’t addressed. Some of the baseboards I specifically pointed out were still untouched, and my bathroom sink was still severely clogged even after the re-clean (this issue did not exist prior to the service). During the second visit, a checklist was left behind with everything marked as completed, yet things like my bathroom trash weren’t even emptied. That made it clear that items were being checked off without actually being done. Overall, this did not feel like a deep clean, even after a second attempt. I appreciate the effort to send someone back out, but the lack of attention to detail and unresolved issues were frustrating and disappointing. Also, the person I was communicating with via text was friendly and responsive, but when I met the cleaner in person she was rude and didn't seem interested in speaking with me at all, which didn't make me feel great about leaving her alone in my apartment. I am pretty disappointed in Conch Cleaning's "Deep Clean" service and would recommend strongly against it.

Regina did an excellent job with the deep clean of our apartment! She was very friendly, thorough, and did a great job removing all of the pet hair throughout the unit. Would definitely recommend!

Our cleaner Regina did a great job on our two bed, two bath condo in downtown St. Pete. It was our first cleaning and she got everything right. She even navigated around our two cats walking around the apartment.

Conch cleaning was phenomenal! I surprised my grandmother with a cleaning for her winter home and they were incredibly easy to coordinate with and did an excellent job! I’ll definitely be recommending them to her and hopefully she continues to use them moving forward!
