Simply fantastic from start to finish. I’m so glad I made the call—past experiences almost kept me from hiring a lawyer, but Culpepper Kurland made everything feel smooth and manageable. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team, but especially Angie McDuffie. She was my rock. Her patience, determination, and attention to detail never wavered. When I wasn’t at my best, she stepped in and kept everything moving. Because of her, I was able to focus on my medical care and daily life without feeling overwhelmed. Her support alone made every dollar of legal fees worthwhile—I truly couldn’t have navigated this on my own. If you’re unsure, just call them. Hiring a legal team isn’t about “going after” someone—it’s about protecting yourself and making sure you have the support and resources you need to recover.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation and outstanding experience with this firm. From the very beginning meeting with the Investigator Dwayne, who was extremely professional and explained the legal process while asking questions all about the incident, made me feel I was connecting with a very professional firm that listened intently to everything I stated that occurred and was going to support me in every possible way they could after gathering all the information. Then the office staff, front desk and Leah that I could call anytime of the day and she would be available to speak to me and answer any questions I had going forward. Meeting Brad, listened attently to all my questions and answered everything completely. Took the time to educate me with the legal process in very deep detail and without making me feel uneducated about it and in a very comfortable and yet extremely professional manner. Then to meet his Dad Bruce, who was beyond professional and I have to say made me feel very connected (almost like a family member/daughter) just showed and expressed deep concern for my injury as well as my mental well being. He called and updated me with every update he received as soon as he received it. Just an incredible feeling to have the entire firm on your side thru the enitre experience. I was extremely happy with the final outcome of my caae and can’t say enough positivity about this Firm. Then to add a note I am VERY emotional about, I sent a thank you card and wrote a note thanking Brad and the Firm for their support with my case and don’t I get a thank you phone call from him the day he received it (like 2 days after the LOSS of his Grandson) WHO does that . . . . . Culpper & Kirland, that’s who, they are the BEST and I highly recommend them and continue sharing my outstanding experience with them. Speaking only for myself, THEE, most important factor I look for in any relationship is a high level of clear, consistent, and open communication. My experience with Culpepper Kirland was just that, flawless. When I had a question, it was answered. I was recommended by a buddy of mine after i was involved in a car wreck to get ahold of culpepper and kurland and i'm so happy i did ! They got right too work on my case and got me to the right doctor/chiropractor. I talked to Bernice and Angie and they were very helpful and answered any questions i had . They were very nice and helpful !! I have no complaints and i would definitely recommend Culpepper Kurland and their wonderful team !!! Thank you so much and i’m happy with the outcome !!
