Cynthia and her team are simply amazing. Over the last few months, they successfully and smoothly enabled the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new one. Cynthia’s approach to the market is realistic, analytic, and data-driven, and she is focused on getting the best possible sale/purchase for you. Her knowledge of the ins and outs of the procedures in real estate transactions (an unbelievably complex subject) is both deep and wide-ranging. (She’s also extremely familiar with the Pasadena/San Gabriel Valley area, which is a great plus.) She has developed an excellent network of contacts and resources to help her at every step of the way. I would hire her again without hesitation, and I encourage interested home buyers and sellers to do likewise.

Cynthia and her team are, quite simply, the best in the business! I was first introduced to Cynthia in 2010 while I was searching for my very first home. She made the experience easy and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I then referred her to a coworker who she worked with on the purchase and eventual sale of their property. They also loved working with Cynthia. During the COVID crisis, our family went through the rather difficult process of searching for a home large enough for our 95+ mother (in-law) and family members. The COVID restrictions made this very cumbersome, however Cynthia made the process very manageable and we were able to find just the right home. Fast forward to 2025/2026... I decided to sell my first home and I could not imagine any other agent to represent me. Cynthia's experience and sound advice helped me navigate and gave me comfort throughout the process. Amazingly, we listed and closed within 30 days, receiving multiple offers, and selling $140K above asking! We are Eaton Fire survivors and needed to buy a house in a hurry before our rental through State Farm terminated. Cynthia worked with us at the feverish pace we required and we successfully closed on a lovely house with seven days to spare. The entire process took less than 45 days from execution of the contract with Cynthia to closing. Cynthia is the epitome of professionalism and has assembled a great team. She made herself available on weekends and evenings, ensured we addressed long lead-time items well in advance, and generally did everything required to ensure a smooth, swift process. For some unforeseen reasons, we need to sell our condo as soon as possible at the beginning of last year. We are very lucky to have Cynthia as our selling agent.
