Joshua, Lee, and crew are absolutely amazing! They did a phenomenal job on my fencing, and I gave them a tall order!! We had so many factors in getting the fencing done in a timely fashion with a few speed bumps along the way(on our end), and they seamlessly came through every time!! They communicated everything, showed up on time everyday, and seriously went above and beyond to make sure that my fencing was done properly and exactly to my specifications!!! I could not have found a better company to work with in getting everything done exactly how we needed!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for good quality work with an extremely professional attitude!
We have a deaf dog and needed to ensure his safety. We contacted Devil Dog Fencing. Josh was on time and professional from the time he gave us the quote until he came back to install. Very pleased with his work and would recommend him and this company to anyone looking to get fencing work done. We are happy knowing that our deaf pup is safe and secure in our yard thanks to Josh!
This company picked up the contract from Lowe’s to install my fence. Setting aside the issues of the late starts, not showing up with zero communication, and the additional time it took to install versus what was expected and detailed in the installation terms. A 3 day install that took a week and a half. The biggest complaint is the installers left our water on with the hose attached to house when mixing the concrete. We found this out 30 days later when we received our water bill. Now we will be out an additional $500-1000 after the next bill comes in. When we had issues during installation we called the owners who did not seem to care and were unable to return calls as promised. A good company would make this right. Unfortunately, I do not expect anything to be done regarding the crews negligence. I would give a big warning to anyone using this company. I will also be reaching out to Lowe’s of the situation and recommend they take them off their contractor list.
I’m not here to bash a company but share my experience in hopes this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I used Devil Dog Fencing back in April to build me a backyard fence with a gate. The quality was fantastic. They had it built within the week I first inquired with them. I wrote numerous reviews and you can find my fence all over their website. With such a great experience, I then hired them to stain my fence in June. The owner, Bobby Key, did not spray on the paint like previously discussed, but rolled it on (which made the fence take more stain than expected). It took all day, so I decided to be a kind customer and buy him a gift card for dinner sometime to show extra appreciation of his hard work. After walking through together, there were a ton of issues with the stain. The coat was not even at all. Bobby repainted the inside of the fence, but said he would have to return to repaint the outside of the fence. On the way out, he broke the latch to my fence. He promised he would come out, and I even offered to pay for the stain as long as he could finish the job. I have tried countless times to contact him and the company on multiple forums without any luck. Josh, the co-owner, heard about the issues involved with the fence and came out to completely fix the latch and repainted the patchy spots. He was incredibly apologetic and willing to fix whatever needed fixing. It looks great! So thankful Josh stood behind his company and was willing to make the situation right. Josh is a standup businessman and gave us the fence we paid for.
Had Josh come out and give us an estimate. The price was too high so I contacted him to get a price on cheaper fencing. I heard back a week later with a price just as high! I went with brookview fencing and they were much cheaper, responsive, and they got the job done in 2 days! Devil dog fencing is unprofessional and non responsive.
