Super Customer Service. Bought a new hottub. Randy was my salesman. He went above and beyond just selling me a tub. He has been available for me to ask rookie questions about the new tub. I appreciate all his attention to detail and patience with me. Super Customer Service.
Just stopped by to get my pool ready to open for the summer. Cooper and his team took great care of me and made sure I had everything needed to get the job done. They always have a friendly and helpful staff to assist you with whatever questions/assistance you might need. Great place for all of your pool supplies!
Got sold something I didn’t need. They followed with installing the cheaper version of what I paid for. The sales manager was short and unapologetic for the “mistake.” I was told I would receive a refund for the difference. Contacted them to inquire about the refund because it still isn’t reflected on my credit card a week later and was told to take it up with the bank. Complete garbage customer service and I will NEVER deal with them again nor recommend their services.
I always have a positive experience here. I love that they don’t try and make up things with your water sample. If things are good, they tell you that. I find them to be knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy.
Had a pool put in last summer by ECL and they’ve been really great all around in terms of follow up and fixing any issues we’ve had. The pool looks great and the concrete people they put us in contact with were fantastic as well.
