I worked with Mike Albanese of Dilbeck recently for my condo sale in Long Beach. Mike is very professional and reliable, always answers my phone and texts. He is experienced and knows everything about real estate. Mike gave us a lot of good advices and helped us understand the documents very well. Our condo was sold at $76k above the listing price, and the transaction was smooth and quick.
