I was recommended to Fran Haasch by the Bay Area Riders community. I'm beyond satisfied and I felt like family at every place they sent me too. As someone who had "aggressive" and "for the people" attorneys in past cases, after having Fran Haasch as consultation it makes me rethink if I was ever truly happy with my previous council or settlements. Fran Haasch went above and beyond in every aspect. They not only got me maximum settlement, but when I was told a specific amount and then third parties wouldn't negotiate to get me there Fran took it out of her pocket and accepted a lower than 33 percentage when they weren't obligated to do so in order to get me within dollars of the amount I was promised. Fran Haasch and her team worked with my wife and I after being hit on our mortorcycle in 2024. The process was smooth, from the start to the finish.
