We had an outstanding experience working with Anthony from start to finish! He came to our home promptly, provided a fair estimate, gave us his contact information, and never pressured us into making a decision. He gave us the time and space to think everything over, which we really appreciated. When we visited the showroom to choose our flooring, Anthony truly listened to what we wanted. Rather than simply steering us toward the most popular options, he considered our home's color scheme and the vision we had for the space. He even pointed out certain popular flooring choices that wouldn't complement our home and helped us find the perfect fit. His honesty and expertise made the decision so much easier. The installation process was just as impressive. Anthony quickly scheduled the work, sent an excellent installation crew, and they completed the entire job in just two days. The craftsmanship and professionalism were top-notch. What really set Anthony apart, though, was his customer service. Even after the installation was complete and he knew we were busy moving into our new home, he personally called to check in and make sure everything was perfect and that we were happy with our floors. That level of care is rare these days. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure you're happy, I can't recommend Anthony highly enough. He made the entire experience seamless, and we absolutely love our new floors!

JP Reed confidently told us he would beat everyone's price, and he absolutely delivered. He saved us thousands without compromising on quality or service. I went through so many different quotes and ideas with different companies. I finally landed with Hassler floor covering. Many of the options were the same with most companies, but after metting with John Reed we final felt comfortable! He and his team actually took the time to go over “ALL” the options until my wife and I where Happy! That meant the world to us, and we still 100% Happy! Highly recommend Hessler Floor Covering, and would continue to recommend John Reed as your sales rep/project manager! Dreams really came true! Thanks guys!

Several of my clients were giving me referrals for when I planned to redo my floors at my new house. One of them gave me Hessler Flooring, as she used them and was very satisfied. I stopped by the showroom and was greeted by Anthony Harding. He was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful! I felt he was someone who was genuinely trying to make sure I got what I needed, wasn’t just trying to sell their service. Communication was great from the time I met him to the moment the team finished the job. They truly transformed my new place and I am very happy I went with Hessler!
