Ricardo Uruena has been servicing our home for over a year now and he is extremely professional, polite, and bilingual. What more can you ask for? I feel super safe having him come to my home and he does such a great job! I hope if management is reading this you give this man a raise!!
Telson was always prompt, very professional, knowledgeable and explained in detail my rodent problem and how they would eliminate the issue. He returned several times in the span of a couple of weeks and went above and beyond to help and tried to upsell me on services or products. Home Shield Pest Control did a great job! I took a few cards to pass on to my neighbors.
Ricardo was great! He was extremely thorough and put extra effort into our visit. He went outside and used a long pole to get rid of all bugs/nests outside our entire house. He made sure that we were satisfied before leaving.
