I loved my stay! : What made my stay so great was....we stayed at Somerset condominium on the 5th floor. The unit was lovely, comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was nicely decorated and spacious. The location of the condominium on the beach was perfect for walking and sitting on the beach. This complex is not in a crowded area. the cleanliness and personal touches like the personal welcome note , contact information if we had questions or needs, dishwashing and laundry items for the kitchen and quality toiletries in bathrooms by the rental agency were great. We felt very comfortable and understood all the directions to enter the condo, check out procedures,codes for beach locker and ease of getting and returning the units keys. Would definitely recommend and would consider a return visit. Also would like to mention dealing with Chelsea was great. Every detail was taken care of and professionally done.

We have been coming to Marco in Feb or March for over 10 years now. The last 5 years we've rented through Horizon and have been very happy. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. They always make time for you if you stop in or call with a question or problem. They have even delivered kitchen utensils same day when something was missing !!! Very professional group.

Terrible customer service! Terrible response time. Rude email responses. We were there 7 nights the pool went down on first day. No heat. Management was very rude telling us it was not a hot tub, but a swimming pool. 1 day later extremely loud noise from motor of pool. Next 6 days loud 24/7 we couldn't use the pool or sit out on porch let alone sleep with the horrible sound. The next door neighbor actually completed to us. Management said they could do a reimbursement of $50.00 (which I returned to sender) for a 7 night stay. My family has many kids and all our adults rented this for the pool. They also informed us we had a 7 min walk to the beach. My husband is 72 and fit, I suffer from chronic pain/neuropathy in my feet and legs. That walk to the beach was at least 20 minutes for the others in my family they are young and able. So not 7 minutes. I do not recommend staying at this companies facility's. I could go on however I believe this was enough. Mary

Booked a place through this company after seeing them advertised on VRBO. They advertised for heated pool. The pool was freezing. We asked if they could turn it up. They said it was at 84 and to keep in mind “it wasn’t a hot tub”. Left it alone because they didn’t respond the nicest. Days later the pool was still freezing and we had a loud noise coming from the pool pump so my husband checked it out. The pool temp was at 70. The heater wasn’t working. Had to deal with the loud noise coming from the pump our entire stay and a cold pool all but our last day. The offered a $50 refund for that inconvenience. They were very rude. Would not book with them.

Great experience renting with Horizon - key pick up and drop off was a super easy and we appreciated all the beach amenities our unit was stocked with. Special shout out to Chelsea who was very helpful co-ordinating the return of some items that were left behind. Thank you!
