Since probably 2005 Ben, Ray, Mike & Ruth have taken care of us more then ever! You can't find a greater place for ALL of your needs. They got all the right knowledge, tools, machines, trailers, fittings & awesome equipment you can ask for. Their services for any repair, parts or problem solving is great! Would highly recommend them.
Ben is great to do business with. I was completely ready to buy a new $10k machine and he showed me my old one could be repaired for much less. Always willing to help and share his expertise. Hands down the best place in town for pressure washing equipment and service.
I have an old Shark pressure washer that I keep at my vacation home in NE PA. Last year when I went to use it there was no pressure. I called a number of local pressure washer dealers and they all told me the same thing - "It is too old. We can't get parts for it. There is nothing we can do to help you. You need to buy a whole new pump." I took it off its cart and transported it back to my home in Fort Myers. Upon presenting it to Ben in the Hotsy service department, he immediately said, "No problem! We can fix it easily." One day later, voila! It was finished (including a tune up) with what turned out to be a very minor repair. Honestly, it looks and runs like a brand new machine! Ben and his crew are absolute ACES!! I really can't praise these people too highly. HOTSY IS THE PLACE TO GO for all your pressure washer needs! All other dealers (especially in NE PA) simply can't compare.
Ray figured out what was wrong and fixed it very quickly. He went ahead and did a full service for me while I waited. This is a legit professional operation. I bought two machines from them probably six years ago and got really good advice at the time and really good service today.
This a very professional shop. If your in any type of pressure washing business or just need a pressure washer for whatever reason. Go to Hotsy and Ben will set you up with whatever your needs may be. He also has a great staff of mechanics in the shop. Check out the showroom. Lots of quality machines.
