I wish there was a way to give this company a 10-star review. I googled garage door repairs in Virginia Beach area and another company popped up.. I reached out to that company they came out and they truly try to upsell me on the highest and device and setup for my home. On Saturday morning I then reached out to integrity garage door repair and asked if they could come out either that day or the next day and they came out Sunday morning. Immediately upon arriving the gentleman identified some issues with the existing system including the sensors being backwards and other shortages that were causing the issues. After some discussion we came to agreement on what system that I would pick that is best for my house.. he didn't try to upsell me. Simply listen to my needs and then made the best recommendation. I transitioned from a Chamberlain garage door opener to a LiftMaster. I also was able to add new sensors that would also prevent itself from closing should somebody cross the path while it was going through the motion. With small children around that is a very important feature. I would highly recommend this company very trustworthy very eco-friendly especially for this current economy.

Going to be upfront and say I usually don’t do reviews, and Zach asked for a review, which I don’t have any problems with because he didn’t ask specifically for a favorable review. I think a good technician or company should ask for an honest review after doing their work so that much I respect. Bottom line, though, is that they didn’t need to ask for the review to be favorable this company was fantastic. Came out same day when our garage door spring broke and was incredibly informative on what had broken and what the options for fixing were. There was some upselling on warranty options which is expected for this kind of work, but price options were competitive and reasonable. We decided to go with Integrity and spend a bit more (like $100) to update our torsion system over a few other companies that didn’t give us the same feeling, assurances, or warranties. Zach booked us an appointment within two days and on a Sunday of all days. He showed up on time and was incredibly personable, very informative and very efficiently installed our new system within an hour! He answered all our questions during the job and made sure to show and explain every piece he had touched or replaced including the old broken pieces he had removed. Hands down the experience you expect whenever you hire anyone to do repairs or updates on a home.

Zach came to house and replaced our 2 garage doors and did a great job! They were quick, everything is working and we are so pleased with what has been done. I highly recommend Integrity Garage Doors! Call Zach!

Zack did an outstanding job on my garage repair. He was professional, on time, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He explained the issue in a way that was easy to understand and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. The quality of his work was excellent, and my garage door is working better than it has in years. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right.
