Great team. The customer service from Klein was fantastic, bith on the hone and in the showroom. Class act business that you actually feel like they want to help you solve your problem. A rare gem these days. Thank you!
The people help us pick out the safe that made the most sense for our needs. The installation was done quickly and on time. I highly recommend Koons.
Koons saved the day! My father locked himself out of my truck while running an errand, Koons was compassionate and prompt. I highly recommend their services!
Bought a motorcycle recently that had a slightly bent key. Key still worked but wanted one I wouldn’t worry about. I bought an OEM Honda key blank online and brought it in. Initially, they did not want to cut the key because they have had issues with customers bringing in keys that were not actually OEM and the material could damage their machine. However, when they inspected my key blank and verified it was OEM, they cut it no problem. Got home, the key works. What I wish I would have known ahead of time was that they actually carry OEM keys in the shop, for a very cheap price. I paid $20 online for my blank, I could have gotten it at Koons for $8 or so. I will likely return to get another one and just get rid of the original one I have with the bend.
