Very thankful to have worked with Justin! If you want a real professional to guide you through the complex process of buying a home, I highly recommend working with Justin Borges and his team. We were first time home buyers and had a lot of questions (ranging from very basic to super detailed) and he always made us feel welcomed and informed. Starting with our very first phone call ,we felt he was the right person who was going to take care of us. We had worked with other realtors before and they felt very absent from the process. Chatting with him was the exact opposite. He asked a lot of questions to help narrow down what we were looking for, and explained how the process would work. Later on for our first meeting to look at houses he showed up on time and very prepared. My family and I looked at several houses with him and he always gave us honest pros and cons to every home. I appreciated having the full scope of info available as this was such a huge decision for our family! Even after we closed, Justin was there to answer questions for us and continues to check in with us. That's the kind of person he and his team are and they are the best for a reason!

Justin and his team were truly a blessing in our home buying journey! Could not have asked for a better realtor! As first time homebuyers we were unfamiliar with the process and were not sure what we wanted. Justin and his team guided us every step of the way. Took time to explain every question in detail, and offered guidance, whenever we needed it. Thanks to their attention to detail and expertise we were able to close on our dream home at a price we did not think possible! Justin is very passionate about what he does and it shows in his professionalism and results. He and his team treated us like family, and we felt so comfortable -never stressed through the whole process. Truly a blessing for me and my family, cannot recommend enough!

Justin is an amazing realtor and super happy that we were able to close a deal on our home a few months ago thanks to Justin. Not only was he knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful most importantly he was very patient and we never felt any pressure. From day one Justin catered to all of our needs and requests. He would answer all of our questions timely and guided us step by step through the home buying process. Every property that he showed us had potential and never felt as if he was just trying to make a quick sell. We were very impressed with all the questions he asked the sellers and would point out all aspects of the properties. Thanks to Justin we were able to acquire a great deal on a home that needed a bit of touch up, but even before the touchup it was already valued at $70k more than what we offered. He was there at the inspection and even helped us get some work paid off by the seller. Thank you Justin for making this such an easy process. Would recommend to anyone.

Justin and his team were great to work with and we learned a huge amount working with them, as well as managing to buy our dream house! We'd just moved from the UK and had a good idea about what we wanted but not much idea on how to make it happen. We managed to house hunt, secure our loan, complete escrow and move in, within 6 weeks of landing in LA, which we definitely could not have done without Justin's help and commitment! We are a foreign family with two children, and we were first connected with “Jane Kim” through Compass. To be exact, she initially met with my husband, as I wasn’t able to join the house-hunting process due to personal circumstances. Not being able to see homes in person made me feel very anxious and worried, but Jane truly stepped in as if she were a member of our family. She carefully and thoughtfully evaluated each home with a sharp eye, always considering whether it would genuinely work for our family and our children. Thanks to her dedication, we were able to purchase a home that met all of our needs. Beyond that, whenever we ran into challenges during the process, Jane was incredibly supportive and helped us navigate them through her strong network and connections. One moment I will never forget is the bouquet of flowers she gave us after we purchased our first home—it meant more to us than she probably realized.
