02.18.2026 MVA Rear End collision 💥 Excellent customer service from Ms. K at front desk to DOCTORS/nurse and assistants in the back. Googled hospitals. Checked ✔️ ✅️ ☑️ ✔️ reviews and made a very good decision to seek treatment here. The doctor Craigmiles amd/or PA examined me swiftly to assess injuries 😑 30 minutes later she secured a technician from another facility to perform further emergency services. 😳 In the few hours I was assessed via CT SCAN ON-SITE & avoided admission at a larger hospital facility/setting. I was TERRIFIED of the CT SCAN machine and an angel held my hand and talked to me while the CT SCANS were performed. She gave me water. She helped me sit up. She talked to me to keep me calm post MVA while I was very traumatized. I didn't want to leave this review because this is one of Dallas Emergency hospital's best kept secrets in town.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lakewood Emergency Room was absolutely amazing. My partner, Terry, recently had to be seen, and what started as a very scary situation ended up being one of the best healthcare experiences we’ve ever had. Teresa, Miguel, Dr. Dollins, and Lisa were all incredible. Lisa’s warm smile immediately made us feel welcome, and the entire staff was professional, compassionate, and genuinely cared about helping us. They took great care of Terry and kept us informed and comfortable throughout the entire visit. We are so grateful for the kindness and attention we received. Thank you all for turning a stressful experience into such a positive one. I would highly recommend Lakewood Emergency Room and would not hesitate to return if we ever needed care again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the Lakewood Emergency Room! I arrived feeling pretty bad, but as I walked through the door, the staff took care of me immediately and made me feel like family! I was greeted by Abdullah at the front desk who quickly registered me and answered all of my questions. After being in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes, Nurse Terresa came to escort me to the back and calmed my fears as we asked about my pain and helped me release anxiety with sweet conservation and kind words of comfort. Terresa and Miguel, and other attending nurse, expeditiously got my vitals and took all the test requested by the doctor. Their explanation of the process and how long everything would take was spot on and calmed my mind. Within about 20 minutes, Dr. Oscar, came in and explained the results of the test, providing me with prompt instructions and suggestions on how to feel better. As I was leaving, Nurse Terresa went over and above the call of duty by giving me additional suggestions of how to care for myself while traveling, and answered additional questions about my weight loss journey. She was very understanding and super knowledgeable! As I left the facility, I was even granted a “assistance with my fee” when I explained that I would be traveling and had some financial concerns of the cost of this visit. I have never been to a place where everyone truly cared about their people and each other, worked together so well, and made you feel as though they really cared. This may have been my first time, but will certainly not be my last! Thank you Lakewood Emergency Room, so glad I stopped there!

Took my wife in for an emergency. First time there. No wait. And fast service. Jose was very welcoming and polite. Nurse Kyal was professional and friendly. Jess was so kind and sweet. The Doctor was also very nice and she was very caring. I will def be going back again in any medical emergency situation.

I had a wonderful experience at this ER. Abdullah was very welcoming; as soon as we arrived, he showed compassion and patience and assisted me in gathering all the needed documents. Nurse Bekky was also incredibly kind and gentle. Overall, it was a fantastic visit, and I felt better before we left.
