Lee’s Cleaners in Greenville has been our go-to dry cleaner for years. Their turnaround time is consistently excellent, and they always do a fantastic job caring for our garments. One thing that sets them apart is their attention to detail—they inspect each item before cleaning to ensure it can be safely dry cleaned, which shows how much they value both quality and customer service. They’ve even replaced buttons when needed, saving me the hassle of dealing with repairs myself. My clothing always comes back looking great and, most importantly, has never been damaged. The convenient location and customer-friendly hours make dropping off and picking up items easy, even with a busy schedule. Unless it’s a standard dress shirt they charge $7 or more for 1 shirt if it’s a softer fabric. Poor customer service, and they don’t even do a great job. Went once, never going back. I definitely would avoid.
Outstanding people!!!! My mom took my wedding dress there after getting my bridal portraits done and because the stain was so small they did not charge her for the service. They told her it was their wedding gift to me. You do not find good honest people like this anymore! HIGHLY recommend! Will be taking my dress back after the wedding for a full clean and preservation. THANK YOU Lee's Cleaners
Been going to Lee’s for 20+ years. Ester and her staff are friendly, courteous, helpful. Their cleaning work is excellent.
Awful awful screaming owner. We have gone to them for 4 years, and last week was the last straw for us. My full review was posted today on Yelp. Great service for the first 3 years, but this past year has been deplorable. Torn shirts and buttons ripped off on almost every visit. Owner won’t back up her work, just screams at you that it’s not their fault - really the worst type of human I have had the misfortune of doing business with. Avoid this place at all cost - they have taken a downhill turn.
