In late February 2026, I obtained estimates from four roofing contractors to replace my entire roof. Legends Roofing was one of the four. They had also completed my neighbor's roof approximately ten months earlier, and I observed that project from start to finish. Based on their pricing and the fact that they had completed roofing projects in my neighborhood, I chose Legends Roofing. Timeline: • Contract signed: March 28, 2026 • Payment made for roofing tiles per contract. • April through June 2026: Repeated attempts to obtain a firm start date and project status updates • June 1–16, 2026: 32 phone calls placed to the company (see photos). Two calls were returned, but I was still not provided with a firm start date. • Multiple visits to their office and written notes left requesting a return call (see photos). As of June 19, 2026, nearly three months after signing the contract and more than two and a half months after providing funds for materials, I still do not have a confirmed start date for my roof replacement. My concern is not simply the delay itself, but the lack of consistent communication regarding project status, scheduling, and expectations. I am posting this review so other homeowners can consider my experience when evaluating roofing contractors. I will update this review as the situation develops.

Had roof replaced two years ago and saw moisture on ceiling and called both owner Jason Perez and supervisor Robert Aguilar. Robert say he will get back to me but never did. Called back multiple times and left messages. Two weeks went by decided to post a review on Yelp then get a call from Jason. Said he will come by next day between noon and 2 pm. Never did. No calls. Guess they do not back their service.

This review is for roofing work done on my commercial property, and I can confidently say that Legends Roofing exceeded expectations across the board. As a business owner, and involved in commercial real estate, I’ve worked with many contractors over the years, and Legends Roofing truly impressed me with their professionalism, transparency, and quality of work. They used drone technology to capture before, during, and after photos of the job, and made all of it available for download, perfect for my project records and sharing it to the property owner. We also have solar panels on this building, and I was impressed that they understood how to perform the roofing work without voiding the solar warranty. That level of expertise and attention to detail really stood out. If you decide to get an estimate from Legends Roofing, I give them full permission to show photos of our project, it’s quite impressive and a great example of the quality work they do. I highly recommend Legends Roofing for any commercial roofing needs. They’re professional, reliable, clean, responsive, and always on-time.

Legends Roofing is great! I’ve been chasing a leak for a while & decided to get a new roof & found Legends. Legends beat the other four estimates because Matthew was happy to explain & answer all my questions. The quote was clear & broken down so there were no surprises. My project manager, Robert was the best! He was professional, easy to talk to & he kept me informed of progress. We had a few issues with the City and Robert went above & beyond his contractual obligations & saw the entire project to completion! Thank you Robert!
