Very responsive and professional! My water heater went out on a Thursday night. I called at 8 PM, expecting to leave a voicemail, but Dave picked up right away. He walked me through the different replacement brands, answered all my questions, and provided a clear price. They came out the very next day, and the technician, Gavin, was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. A total pleasure to work with—I’ll definitely be recommending them to my neighbors!

Working with Dave to arrange our installation and Gavin who did the work was a great experience. They were extremely prompt in giving a bid and in coming right away to do the work. Gavin was excellent - very friendly and helpful in explaining everything he was doing. And the price was the best that I got. We’re very pleased and satisfied. I highly recommend.

Excellent company, very knowledgeable and I was able to call and receive service that same day. Their prices are excellent. My problems were resolved easily. They explained in detail what they were doing and how they were going to fix it. I would like to acknowledge Zachary he was so kind and patient especially when I am walking around with a 1 month old baby explaining things. Super trustworthy company.

I found Dave by researching the internet when I was in a dire situation due to the incompetence of a contractor who did work on my bathroom and left me with a problematic installation. Dave understood the work required to resolve the issue and promptly arrived that day to rectify this. Dave also came to our rescue when we were unable to turn our water on due to a broken valve after we arrived back in Florida late on a Sunday. He temporarily fixed the problem until he was able to return the next day to repair the valve. On another occasion, he had one of his plumbers replace a leaky faucet as well as install a new kitchen sink faucet and I couldn’t be more pleased with this work. Dave is a very honest and sincere person who provides good old fashioned customer service. He has a very easy going personality, making it so nice to work with him. I'm would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone who might need a plumber and I would never use anyone else for any plumbing issue I might have because I am 100% confident in Dave’s expert ability.
