I found the company after I saw the quality job they did on my neighbor. After a fair quote and very fast turnaround, they did EXCELLENT work. The crew was very polite, respectful and clean. They left the property much better than how they found it. They found some very rotted wood, gave options on how to move forward, and waited for my approval before taking the next steps. There are no surprises working with them, other than being overly impressed. Local, professional, and quality is how I would describe the experience.

Had a great expericane with Mike and Blake's. I had several local companies out for a full teardown and rebuild from a full wood deck to a composite one. Mike and Blake's was by far the best quote for a larger deck than the others as well. The whole process took about 4 weeks, with 3 weeks waiting on the city for permits. It only took 3 actual work days to tear down and have the other deck complete, with inspection days thrown in between. The price w2as fair, communicated with throughout the process and I am very happy with the new deck, I highly recommend Mike and Dave's.

From the initial consultation to the detailed quote and final installation, the entire process was seamless. The team was professional, friendly, and highly efficient—completing the project in just one day without sacrificing quality. They also took the time to thoroughly clean up, leaving everything looking better than they found it. I would absolutely hire them again and look forward to working with them in the future, possibly for an additional shed. I’ve already recommended them to two neighbors.

Four stars only because of the price for how small our yard actually is. The customer service was outstanding through all stages though. We are really happy with the finished product so far and we definitely recommend if you are looking to upgrade your old chainlink or wood fencing to a fresh white vinyl. Now on to landscaping, gardening and patio upgrade!
