I went to 3 stores on the hunt for a fry pan and a pot give take 5qt pot when I had no luck I went behind store in Mauldin SC location I was approached by a worker greeted me with kindness told him I been looking a pot and fry pan found what I been looking for and was told cant purchase those items because they are going to scrap them well bird in hand better two in bush wouldnt you think the items I been looking for was in great condition for someone kitchen for years to come not to scrap them and make peanuts from them really policy guy said cant sale them this stuff is donated free at no cost and my monies was turned down because this location. Wanted to make "LESS" Money then my monies I have had many problems over items donated free but the cost of items isnt fair to us customers really some have good prices others have stupid high prices I understand you have over head to pay workers and building light im sure you get a discount for electric if not you should but honestly 2 good pans that a family can use for years to come this place in mauldin sc rather scrap
There is plenty to chose from for the entire family and even pets. Furniture is prices reasonable and they hold it for a time until you can pick it up. Amazing!
Powdersville Miracle Hill I urge everybody NOT to donate to this location. The supervisor in charge is a total embarassment to our workforce. On several occasions, she has been far less competent than the public deserves. She is hateful and acts like she owns the place -- management needs to tell her that our donations pays her salary (and the CEO's) Recently, my husband and I went in to browse around and I was looking at a box of jewelry on the counter. Juanna snatched the box from me and told me I could look in it (I have been doing it for years.) We had some words, not what I wanted to say, and I asked her not to talk to me. My husband wanted to say more but he didn't. This is not the first time she has been mean and hateful to me. Also, she snatched a box with a toy from my sister. She's rude and does not need to be employed by Miracle Hill.
Maybe im just too broke to shop at a thrift store now but There’s no way they had clothes listed for 30 dollars… that’s greedy. This store is not a place people should go and have to worry about used clothing being over priced. Sorry but won’t be shopping here ever again.
I used to really appreciate Miracle Hills for the way they supported the poor and kept their prices fair. Unfortunately, it feels like they’ve lost that mission and have become more focused on profit much like Goodwill.
