Lost power in a portion of my home. Checked fuse box and didn’t see much wrong. Called Mr. Sparky (after 7:00 PM) and spoke to Nick who made a suggestion. Power was restored! Not only did he stay on the phone while I followed his instructions but also educated me on why I probably lost power in the first place. Really appreciate the time he took with me, the help and charged me nothing! He will be my electrician in the future…trust in businesses is hard to find these days as so many think only of profit. Thank you Nick! 😍

Todd Davis from Mr Sparky and 2 other employees promptly arrived at our location. We cant stress enough the professionalism, friendliness and due diligence shown throughout are issues with our electrical needs. Very respectful, clean, and went above and beyond on all counts. They made us feel safe and informed of every situation as they came across them...and there were no surprises. Highly recommend!!! Update: The team was back today Feb 9... everything was rechecked after Dominion had finished their end... The best group of guys again...James Bolton, Tyson, Todd Davis, and Nick are the best. Answered every concern we had.....fixed everything. Great company, great employees, great people. I was not feeling great after surgery, and they took the time, explained everything that happened in my absence during the previous over voltage issues from Dominion prior to the weekend. Tested every device and outlet concern I had. Went above and beyond again. Friendly, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you all. Very impressed .

Todd and Nick showed up to our house we had some outlets that weren’t getting power and they were amazing, they explained everything to us and even showed us what was wrong, got everything back up and running in no time and they were really nice people, they were even playing with our dogs. Cool people, great service, and the price was very reasonable as well. ALSO they covered their shoes when they came in too which was GREAT because i had just cleaned the house

We called at 5 pm or so. Nick was very kind and sent a tech (Casey) out right away. Casey was very kind, professional and even assisted with documentation for the property manager/ landlord. 10/10 would use again Edited to add we had another issue stemming from this late tonight and Nick talked my husband through what to do to keep us safe for tonight! Awesome company
