I was assigned a legal team and cancelled my contract on day 2 because I could not get a hold of my own attorney. No one was supporting me or explained what was going on. Maybe I got the runt of the group but I believe each client should at least FEEL like they’re being taken care of. I don’t want a chat gpt response to my google review either or an apology. Just do better for future clients . Geez
