Had a great experience with MSCO. Tom, Demitri and JayShawn were fantastic techs - communicative, thorough and did a fantastic job installing new ductwork in the attic. It's obvious this crew knew what they were doing and they did it with care. Also a shout out to Robert for being honest, thorough and easy to work with as we were making our decision. All around win.
I have been using MSCO for approx 36 years. They are like a second family. Great customer service and products. Great staff and employees. My team so to speak for my home has been for so many years now has been - Robert for sales, Tommy for regular servicing & repairs, David for regular & any large issues or repairs. It is nice to have the continuity of the same team or persons so to speak, it definetly builds trust for the customer & I believe for the company. The leader Melanie is easy to communicate with along others in her office,staff etc. If there is any thing that becomes an issue she finds a fair solution. If you are wondering I have no immediate family etc.that are employed with this company. The trust I speak of in MSCO inc is from personal experience in trusting them over the years with my HVAC/ duct work etc. Also they run some really reasonable sales/specials. We've been very happy with Mechanical Service Company, Inc from Virginia Beach for some years now. Very organized company with smart and personable technicians. They are especially good at coordinating their tech visits at times that work best for our schedule. The MSCO techs are all well-trained and super efficient. For example, our tech today (Sean H) was on-time, polite and very efficient in getting the service check complete. Can't ask for more from MSCO. Highly recommended if you're looking to fix or upgrade your HVAC system.
Shawn was great. His surprise when I presented him with an original unit from 1985 was priceless! There was no talk about replacement from him as he dug in to figure out what wasn't working. In the end it was a 24 year old capacitor that went out. New one in and cold air was flowing! This is the second time I've had MSCO out - the last time it was the same issue with my other unit that is quite a bit newer. Both times the techs just jumped in ready to fix first - no talk about replacement whatsoever. 10 STARS!
Great that you fixed the problem but a problem your technicians missed when we purchased our unit from your company. Corrosion on a wire? OBTW, Less than a month ago we had our unit serviced? So you install the unit tell us we got value for our purchase(less than 3yrs), have a leak in our roof from the vent installed(3months after install) and now on one of the hottest days we don’t have AC because of corrosion on a wire, not only on a fairly new unit but a unit serviced less than a month ago. Please tell Robert Smith to do me a favor and comeback to my home and explain to me how going with MSCO was the better solution? Thank you for fixing my AC unit on the 3rd of the 4th of July weekend but that’s all I can say was done right. Too many problems for ~$20k!
