Customer service was great. Place looks new and clean. I think this place is only taking care of claims. They have no contact number that you can call. The contact number listed in Google for this place was never answered

This is by far the worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t work for you — they work for the other party filing a claim against you. When I filed a claim, it was bounced between FOUR different adjusters without anyone bothering to tell me. I’d contact my “assigned” adjuster only to be completely ignored, and after chasing them down with multiple calls, I’d find out my case had been handed off to someone else — in a different state. Two weeks later, it happened again with yet another adjuster in yet another state. Meanwhile, Progressive was charging me an outrageous $1,008 a month for a claim against me. I’ve since switched to GEICO and now pay $482 a month for the exact same coverage. Do yourself a favor — don’t get ripped off by Progressive and their smiling mascot Flo. Spend your money wisely and choose literally any other insurance company.

This address is no longer correct. There is no insurance office here at all anymore. It is now a chiropractors office, apparently. If you call the 909 number attached you will be redirected to Progressive's main line. Google, please update this.

I strongly advise against using Progressive for car insurance. My experience following a hit-and-run accident has been nothing but frustrating and disheartening. It has now been over a month, and I have received little to no support from my claim advisor, with almost no communication throughout the process. Instead of assisting me, Progressive’s Special Investigations Unit (SIU), specifically Alex, has made this experience even more distressing. Rather than helping me recover from the accident, Alex has been invasive—contacting my landlord, reaching out to my friends, and even requesting my phone logs, which feels completely excessive and intrusive. Instead of supporting their customers, Progressive seems more focused on finding ways to shift blame and avoid responsibility. Insurance companies are supposed to be there when you need them, but Progressive has only made this process more difficult. If you value fair treatment, transparency, and actual support after an accident, I strongly recommend choosing another provider. I will continue to warn others about my experience with Progressive for as long as I can.

UPDATE 11/18/24: DESPITE EMAILING THEM AGAIN AND CALLING, I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. Update 10/20/24: See response from Lisa at Progressive below the a day I posted the initial review earlier this week. So, I followed the instructions and emailed Progressive per her request. Still NO response!! "Reasonable" coverage except when it comes to a claim! And awful customer service! I've had Progressive auto insurance for a long time. I have an excellent driving record overall. Recently, I got into a very small fender bender (my fault) which the other party reported. There was ZERO transparency from Progressive to me on what the other party claimed as damages and what Progessive paid to them! When I found out what was paid, about 400% over what the cost should have been to fix the other party's car, I contacted my Progressive rep and her supervisor. No response from either. This is literally highway robbery. I'll be shopping around for other insurance now!
