Pure air has been very responsive and helpful with all of my HVAC needs. Their technicians are neat and thorough. I like the fact that I often get the same tech for my maintenance visits. When I have had any issues they are always available to assist. I highly recommend the Pure Air team!
Had Chris the maintenance manager out to inspect our A/C units and he was professional and knowledgeable No hard sell but showed us pictures of what he did today and what needs to be addressed going forward. We have had two other outfits out to our home in the last two years and we didn’t have a good feel with either. I’d recommend their services and I’d give them a try at least for a check up and see for yourself.
I've called Pure Air Conditioning a few times in the past year for various issues, and they've been solid each time. They really know their stuff. Quick and efficient, got everything done in under an hour. They offered me different options instead of pushing the most expensive fix. Just dependable work, which is exactly what I need. Definitely five stars from me!
So grateful to have found a company like Pure Air for all my AC service needs!!! Mike Margrey and Barbara have been taking care of me since Day 1! I moved into a home 2.5 years ago and after an on-going, persistent drain line issue, Mike sent a whole team out to replace and reroute the drain line for no charge. Field Supervisor, Matt Walsh arrived with a team of his best guys, Jobanny G., Maikel A., and Darriel. In about two hours, they dismantled the old line and ran a brand new line down the outside of the house instead of how it had previously been routed all through the attic, causing chronic clogs in the line. Since this replacement, I haven't had another issue with the drain line! Hallelujah!!! The team was polite, courteous, and fast! Every technician whose ever come here on a service call has been knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! Thanks Pure Air for keeping my home cool all year long! Lifelong customer here! :D
Every one we encountered from the company was great. Michael Elkins who gave us the estimate was thorough and very helpful in figuring out exactly the type of system we needed. Bryan and Jude , our installers were very good. They were on time , very friendly and did a great job putting everything in. They also found some things that needed attention once they took our old system apart. Overall this is a great company and I would recommend them highly.
