October 7th. Just 2 days before Hurricane Milton. I was following evacuation advice. Just left the place I was renting. A 30 year old modular home. Got gas. Went literally around a corner and stopped at a light on US-98. Vehicle behind me was rear ended by a drunk driver at 60 miles an hour that launched that vehicle into my car. Sending me and my car forward. I was sent directly into my wheel and windshield due to older car airbags not deploying if the wheels never spin. DUI driver proceeded to fight with the police and get arrested. I was left with two herniated discs in my neck, memory loss, and migraines. My family called around for me since I was not immediately able to in the following hours and days. Morgan and Morgan didn't care. They only want their million dollar cases. My family found these lawyers. Who took my case. And did a wonderful job. Lakeland hospital tried to do things like charging me $1200 for waiting in a room for a scan, only for the doctor to not be there. Among other things. The Drunk drivers insurance tried to "claim" my car for damages to pay for damages. Among many other sketchy things that went on with this case. These attorneys took care of everything for me, scheduling my medical appointments, therapy, chiropractor, etc. I think they did a very great job. And I walked away a year later with a max payout thanks to their hard work. And I'm happy to say I've made a full ish recovery. I'll forever have to be careful about my neck now. From this I decided this was a sign to make a change in life and went on to become a truck driver. And this is how I learned more about the accident attorney industry. And why companies like morgen and morgen ignored me and my case, because many insurance companies go after trucks, for large payouts. So thank you to this company for being one of the few that still cares about the regular everyday folk and getting their lives back on track instead of chasing money for private islands.

Extremely effective, professional and comprehensive service. I questioned whether to utilize a legal service like this but the results were unquestionably, incredibly beneficial. They resolved the citation without delay and I was not required to appear in court (living 3 hours away). Notifications were timely and constant concerning the disposition. I'll never question the validity or value of their services again. Great job!

Unfortunately I can not recommend Rhino Lawyers in the case of camera traffic tickets. I got a letter in the mail stating that I was speeding in a school zone but genuinely did not remember any school zone lights being on at the time I crossed. (I went back to double check at the same time on the same weekday and also saw no school zone lights active). Therefore I thought I had a legitimate case and there had been a mistake or glitch in the camera system. Talking to Rhino on the phone, they assured me that these are easily thrown out and there was no way I would pay the ticket. That obviously was not the result of the case. I am receiving no money back from their "guarantee clause" either as Rhino states "the verdict was that there will be no points on your license." However, I was not going to receive points on my license to begin with based on the letter I got from the county. Just keep in mind that when a lawyer tells you "it's a guaranteed win", they are likely just trying to sell you on their services (and so that's how business in the world goes though). Also, you only get a refund on lawyer fees from their "guarantee" if there are points applied to your license. Honestly, I think if expectations were set more clearly, the experience would have been better. I was given a message that promised me this was an open and shut case which gave me high hopes. If I was given a more realistic view of "you may still have to pay this but we will try and fight it", I would understand as it would have been my own decision to proceed with a lawyer. To summarize, the overall experience was lots of promises with an unfortunate ending of paying both lawyer fees and the traffic fine.

Got 2 tickets in one stop. Zach got them completely dismissed. Worth the $. Highly recommend. I also liked the updates they send via email/text and how available they are to any questions I had. Thank you Zach & to the rest of the RHINO Lawyers team.
