I just finished my hearing with Richard and my count was dropped tremendously thanks to his tireless work on my case. I had 4 court hearings and 3 of those he handled without me being present. He worked hard with the State Attorney and worked this out for me. His professionalism and communication was the BEST! You can have other lawyers on your side but they do not work or communicate like Richard!

I highly recommend Richard McKyton. I have had Mr. McKyton for a few cases now and came away pleased with the outcome in all of them. Recently, I had two probation violations. In the first case, Mr. McKyton went in front of the judge and got my probation reinstated despite the prosecutor requesting that I do time. The second one, he not only got it dismissed, but the judge terminated the probation altogether. The courts respect him. The judges respect him. And I respect him, not only because the outcomes worked in my favor, but because he is honest and tells it like it is. He fights for you. I saw that firsthand. And unlike a lot of lawyers, he responds to calls and texts in a timely manner and communicates extremely well. My entire family thinks very highly of him. He also has a great rapport with the State Attorney’s office, which is a critical thing that you want in a lawyer. He is worth every penny; there isn’t anyone else I would trust in the courtroom fighting for me than Mr. McKyton.

Richard is the best attorney I have ever had the pleasure of hiring.
