I am extremely pleased with my experience with Jasper Roofing and especially Travis Lipp. Jasper worked closely with my Insurance Company to make sure that my claim would be approved and subsequently negotiated the scope of work necessary to remove and replace my damaged roof. I was impressed with the hands on approach that Travis took from the minute he became involved. He kept us totally informed on what the process would be and how long it would take. The workers that were on the job were very polite, professional and hard working. The job was completed in 10 days from the day materials were placed on my property to job completion. Clean up was done on a daily basis. There were several other roof projects throughout my neighborhood (by other contractors) that were started long before my roof that were still not complete after my roof was done. I have recommended Jasper and Travis to as many neighbors as I could because of the work they did for me. Travis was on top of everything as if this was his roof that was being replaced. Had a great smooth experience with Roofclaim.com. Jose Rodriguez was able to get my full roof installed in one day , highly recommend, they are very good and professional. Jose stayed in contact with me through the whole process since making the claim through my insurance. Very happy with the results.

Travis Lipp from Jasper was excellent from start to finish! In February, our ceiling began leaking. I called several roofing companies. Many wanted to charge me an emergency fee while others said they’d be out in 3 weeks. Travis came within 24 hours & did not charge a fee. He quickly assessed the situation, determined it was damage from the hurricane, called my insurance and took care of all the details. He had everything covered. It was a very smooth process from start to finish. He always took time to listen & answer our questions. He spoke to ya directly each step of the process. We now have a beautiful new roof. We would definitely recommend Travis at Jasper Roofing.

My experience with Jasper roofing was amazing. I highly recommend this company. Derek Contestato was outstanding. I met with Derek from day one he guided me through the entire process from start to finish. He was honest,dependable very thorough, and communicated with me daily. Insurance can be a complicated and frustrating process, but our Sales Rep, Travis Lipp was phenomenal throughout the entire process! We had a roof leak from a storm a few months ago which damaged contents in our garage. Our neighbor recommended Jasper and in particular Travis. From the very first meeting he was knowledgeable, sincere, ethical and truly cared about our situation. The job was completed in one day by a professional group of men. They were respectful and the quality of their work shows in our beautiful roof! A 5-Star Rating for Jasper Roofing!!
