It was a absolute pleasure having Kriston come and do the repairs in my home. He was very professional and pleasant. He even cleaned up behind himself. Roto Rooter Kriston is awesome and you guys are very luck to have him on your team!!
Roto-Rooter provided wonderful service from beginning to end. Our first technician Jacob communicated well and helped us fix our plumbing issue. The second day our technician Steve Jacobs provided a camera view of what was causing the issue to begin with. Steve had the knowledge and personality that reassured us as new homeowners that we were in good hands. He provided steps moving forward and gave us an understanding of our home. The extra steps Steve took was much appreciated and allowed us to make proper decisions moving forward.
Great company! Kriston cleared our drain quickly and was very personable and professional. Steven came a short time later with a camera and showed us the inside of our pipes. We were impressed with his transparency and assessment. Overall they were friendly, punctual, efficient and honest.
