Safe & Sound is my "go to" company for locksmith services. I have worked with them for years. Always reasonably priced, they show up on time and their service is excellent.
First time I locked my keys in my tundra. Eric came right out in a Sunday and in a snap I had my keys back. Professional service with a smile.
I had some trouble with the handle on my safe. Kate in the office worked around my schedule to get a tech to me asap. The tech (Eric) showed up on time, diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed in about 45 minutes. I and out. Very professional, clean, and I think it may work a little better than original.
My digital safe wouldn’t unlock. I thought to myself, “how on earth will I ever access my dearest, priceless items stuck inside?!” Then I remembered Mark at Safe and Sound and his hand selected A-Team of beautiful, expert technicians. Not only were they prompt to answer my call of desperation, they put me at ease with their calming tone and words of affirmation. Within a few hours, Eric, my hero, had arrived. Equipped with all of the right tools (if you know what I mean) had my safe open in a jiffy. Thanks again to Mark and crew at Safe and Sound. Highly recommended, trustworthy, strong, great smiles. Would use again.
Eric did an awesome job! Came even 10 minutes early which as a business own I greatly appreciate! He was very quick and done with the job in 15 minutes! I highly recommend his services!
