Dane and his team recently represented me in a trip and fall case where I injured my knee to the point where I had to have a knee replacement. Being an older woman, of course, the plaintiff lawyers always want to say it’s due to arthritis or some other old injury, neither of which I had. Dane was able to get me a settlement quickly, efficiently and with no stress to me whatsoever. Having worked in the legal field as a legal assistant myself for over 40 years, I found Dane‘s team, including Reilly, Graeson and Hannah all to be super responsive and awesome to work with. I’m sure I was a pain in the butt always checking on them, but they were always professional and quick to respond. On a personal note I was friends with Dane’s mom before he was born and have known him his whole life growing up. I am super proud of the amazing lawyer he has turned out to be at such a young age. I had the opportunity of working with Dane Heptner as my personal injury lawyer. Going into my case, I was a uncertain, nervous, 17 year old who was unclear of what was yet to happen in her future. Dane was constantly reassuring and was very gentle with his words. Danes words were never condescending, as they were only enriched with care and great intent. He saw not only me as a client, but as a young woman who has her whole life ahead of her. I felt inspired throughout my time with Dane.
