Apparently, basic professionalism was simply too much to ask for. Every interaction with Sarah Grace Shroeder came wrapped in unnecessary snark, repetition, and condescension. Issues that should have been straightforward somehow had to be revisited again and again, usually with the same dismissive tone attached. As someone who has spent most of my life as a homeowner, this rental experience was eye-opening in the worst possible way. Some people mistake snark for intelligence and condescension for professionalism. My experience with Sarah Grace Schroeder suggested a long-term commitment to both. Sarah Grace is the epitome of customer service! She’s professional, prompt, caring and knowledgeable. Sarah Grace always has her clients best interest at heart. She’s on top of every transaction from beginning to end. She’s the only property manager I refer my clients to. I know they’re in the best hands when working with her. Never do business with these people in any manner I rented a place with the understanding they were going to give me rent to own contract by 5/29/2025 and never received it now they are manipulating water and sanitation bills. They are crooks and liars so how do I owe you rent and water then so explan this

Sarah took great care of us. We live on other side of the country and were looking for property management initially. However, we ended up using Sarah to sell our house. It was full service care, as we had to get painting, flooring, cleaning, and some other things done to sell and she handled all the estimates/contractors and made the process super simple for us. 10/10 recommend.

Been working with Sarah Grace since 2019 when we started renting out our previous home. She was nothing short of stellar in taking care of us and our property. When it came time to sell she went above and beyond at every turn. When we decided to buy a new home she made the process so easy. I have worked with a few different agents but non as dedicated and personal as Sarah Grace. Will definitely use Sarah Grace and Sand & Sea for any future real estate needs!!!!!
