We had a very odd experience here. The dentist we use to see left abruptly, and after I did my investigative work he did something sketchy and wasn’t able to practice anymore. Then a new dentist came in, she was super lovely, but they didn’t tell she wasn’t in network so I had to pay partial for my cleaning. Also, at that appointment, I called to tell them I would be a few minutes late. The receptionist continued to call me when I was driving there about every two minutes, basically harassing me. I was like right I said I would be there by this time and she said okay. It was super odd. Then, we got new dental insurance, we had our appointments coming up. They’re like great thank you we’ll see you then. My husband got a call the day before that said your insurance is not accepted by the dentist, and he’s like oh well then we’ll probably have to cancel my appointments and the receptionist was super bizarre and said I already did and then hung up the phone. Also, my husband had a dental hygienist, who continued to talk about politics and tell him how public school teachers are awful. He was a public school teacher. She continued to talk about what good Trump is doing for the country, and that alone should have given us the sign to never go back there again.
Dr. Kocan is amazing! He truly made a difference in my life by transforming my smile. He is professional, courteous and takes pride in his work. Strongly recommend him and the whole staff. Thanks again to Dr. Kocan, Maria and Elaine for taking good care of me.
Extremely professional and laid back at the same time! I felt so comfortable with everyone I interacted with! They were able to take care of a few concerns I had but there was no pressure at all. Highly recommend Seminole Dentistry!!
First time patient and had a wonderful visit! Staff were welcoming and professional. Loved the paperless process completed ahead of time so we could get right in! Happy we chose them and look forward to many cleanings that will keep me smiling for years!
Elaine and Dr Kocan are the best! I have never been so excited about a new dentist. They are efficient, thorough, and very helpful. The staff is also super nice. So glad I found them.
