I mainly go to the Skin Spirit location in Pasadena, California, but I’ve also been to a few other locations and have had the same great experience every time. The staff is honestly the best part. Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. I usually get Diamond Glow treatments, but I’ve also done laser hair removal, dermaplaning, and other facials. I can’t speak to every service they offer, but everything I’ve personally tried has been excellent. My skin always looks amazing afterward, and over time I’ve noticed such a big improvement. I first heard about Skin Spirit through a friend in Seattle who also loves them, and now I completely understand why. They also have a great referral program, which is a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend them!

I am very grateful to write this review after visiting SkinSpirit for the last 4 years! Dr. Rachel has a true, natural aesthetic touch and knows exactly how to enhance your features. I've never left not loving my results. The entire Skinspirit team (Jen, Cindy etc) make you feel welcome, comfortable (in answering my many questions!) and never rushed. Would not hesitate to book here for any of your aesthetic needs!

Every experience I have had at Skin Spirit Pasadena has been incredible. I have been seeing Dr. Rachel for over 5 years now and there is no one I trust more. The office staff is friendly and welcoming and Dr. Rachel and Jen are the dream team. Dr. Rachel is extremely thorough and listens to your concerns. She is so kind and truly committed to providing the best results to her clients. Thank you so much Dr. Rachel and all of Skin Spirit Pasadena for being the best all around.

Skin Spirit Pasadena is the best! Dr. Rachel and nurse Jen are the most incredible duo, and the ONLY people I trust to inject my face! Dr. Rachel is conservative in the best way and I have so much faith in her technique and ability. She has completely balanced my face and always knows exactly what I need and is quick to tell me absolutely not too, which I respect so much. Jen’s bedside manner is the best out there- I literally feel like I’ve just had a relaxing massage every time I leave the office. They’re also both aging in reverse which is the best advertisement for the company! The front desk staff are also worth noting- they’re all so sweet and friendly , and most importantly super helpful! Shout out to Cindy especially, I love her! Cannot say enough good things about SkinSpirit Pasadena. Obsessed, take all my money ladies!

I have been a patient here for the past four years, and I can say with complete confidence that this is the gold standard. Dr. Rachel is truly exceptional. Her work is meticulous, intentional, and rooted in enhancing your natural features, not changing them. She has an incredible eye for balance and subtlety, which is rare in this space. You will never walk out looking “overdone” or artificial. Instead, you look refreshed, refined, and like the absolute best version of yourself. That level of restraint and artistry is what sets her apart. What makes this place even more special is the people. Jen, Cindy, and the entire team create an experience that goes far beyond a typical appointment. They are warm, welcoming, and genuinely care about their patients.
