Smiley’s Heating & Cooling did an outstanding job with my new Trane low-profile heat pump installation for my upstairs HVAC system. They also installed new thermostats for both my upstairs and downstairs systems, and the improvement has been amazing. After 26 years in this house, this is the first time I have seen both systems balance out and hold steady like this. The upstairs system is locking in, the downstairs gas pack is doing its job, and the humidity has improved into a very comfortable range. The new thermostats make it easy to see how well the systems are performing. The installation was professional, clean, and well-commissioned. The low-profile Trane unit is perfect for the upstairs area, and the overall comfort of the house has noticeably improved. Thank you to Smiley’s Heating & Cooling for a job well done. I highly recommend them.
Great service, sales rep, & installers. Had an issue with another company selling me a system to small so I called Smiley’s Rick came over listened, understood, recommended the right size system for our house and took care of me & my family. Their price was also better (cheaper by more than $2,000 than the other company) for the same system. That’s a phone call I’m glad I made & most definitely recommend Smiley’s for all of your heating and cooling needs!
Very polite and efficient installers. I had 3 estimates before I chose Smiley’s. The representative, Ryan, was excellent in How he handled my estimate. It was done in one visit and when he left I knew the prices of the units I had asked him about. Everything was good. And I might add that I am a sucker for cowboy boots😉
Smileys crew did a great job. They were on time and worked diligently to install the new unit while navigating the issues that always arises when replacing old equipment. There was an issue with the new fan motor for the blower, but it was handled the very next morning due to the fact that they had to wait until the morning to get the new motor. All said and done, my wife and I were happy with the whole experience. I am a contractor myself and was happy with everything they did. The crew was great. The advisor Wes was great and the office was on point. I’d recommend this company anytime.
