The procedure was fast, painless, and stress-free, and the staff was welcoming and efficient. I highly recommend this office.
This a fantastic dentistry practice. I’ve been coming here for over 6 years and they’ve always been great. The doctor is very knowledgeable and always kind and to the point. During my last visit my dental cleaning was done by Jessica and she was great. The support staff are also great. Thank you South Lake Dental!
I neglected my dental health for 10 years and I was afraid to return. The staff at South Lake Dental has helped me rid my fear of dental care. Eveey step has been 5 stars. The front desk staff is prompt and welcoming. They communicate every charge and always make sure i schedule my follow up. Despite my hectic schedule, she always finds time for me to be seen. Their dental hygienist are knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled. The head doctor is humble and trustworthy. I now schedule to have my teeth cleaned every 3 months. It is a breeze with their dental hygienist. I wish I found this wonderful dentistry practice sooner. Thank you for all your work and support!
5 stars doesn’t even begin to explain how wonderful South Lake Dental, Dr. Balikyan and his staff are. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with friendly smiling faces in a beautiful new facility that is state of the art. For myself I have had dental cleanings, some bonding work, and currently Invisalign. I am grateful I found South Lake dental because everything has exceeded my expectations.
From the moment you park your car in a large parking lot right in front of this beutiful dental office, you set high expectations. Starting with nice welcome smiles from employees. Waiting area was modern and spotless clean, they definitely value hygiene in here. Office was busy, but you couldn't here loud voices. My next position impression-professional environment. Not too long after I met Dr. Balikyan. He made me feel very comfortable, explained plan of care, he didn't rush, didn't sell and made me feel important. But his skills is the reason I am writing this review. My case was complicated, but he handled just fine. Going to dental office is not my favorite think to do. But if necessary, I found Dr. Balikyan. Thank you very much for my positive experience.
