I highly recommend Southwest Florida Electric Inc.. After another electrician left my home in disarray and created what appeared to be unsafe conditions, Southwest Florida Electric came in and thoroughly inspected everything. Their team went into the attic, carefully evaluated the work that had been done, and made sure all of the electrical work was safe, properly installed, and code compliant. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what they found and what needed to be corrected. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to safety. They left me with peace of mind knowing that my home’s electrical system was safe and in good order. Our technician, Bert, was excellent. He arrived within the scheduled service window, was highly professional, and explained everything in detail before beginning the work. He thoroughly checked the system and clearly walked us through his troubleshooting process and the steps needed to fix the issue. From booking the appointment to diagnosing and resolving the problem, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Considering it was an electrical outage, the process was about as painless as it could possibly be. Highly recommend this company and especially Bert for his professionalism and expertise.

Searched Yelp and found this company had good reviews so gave them a call to give me a free quote for installing a generator transfer switch. Bert the technician arrived on time and gave me the full low-down on the 3 options and quotes for each of them. He was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. The next day I accepted the quote, and Bert returned to do the install in 2 days. He was quick, professional, and showed me how to operate the new set-up and details about what i could run with the size generator i purchased. I will also say the ladies in the office, Tobi and Jessica, were very nice to do business with and keep me informed of the project, technician arrival, and updates as necessary. I am more than impressed with all aspects of this company, including communication, installation, and service. I would recommend to all, and SWFL Electric now has a permanent entry in my contacts for all my future electric needs!

Jo was a pleasure to work with. He did complete maintenance on my generator, and checked out the pool panel for issues. Found a wire that was not grounded properly, and recommended a secondary pool surge protector, which Pentair had already recommended to me. He was thorough, not rushed, and explained everything to me. He even called me back to answer additional questions I had without a wait. It was easy to schedule the follow up appointment, and the whole process was pleasant and efficient. Thanks SWFL Electric for years of excellent service.
