i had a maintenance service done on my HVAC system and the experience was great from start to finish. Kevin was extremely professional and helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything he was checking. I really appreciated that he also showed me clear pictures of the system so I could see exactly what he was explaining. Overall, the service was thorough and honest. Called them for an issue I had with my store AC unit. They came that day to troubleshoot as it was a friday. They gave me some recommendations but my landlord had already called someone to fix the issue. They didn't charge for coming out that day. I decided to do some maintenance at my other location since it had been many years since we had anyone do any work. They accessed the units and said all I needed was some cleaning, changing filters and fuses. Overall I was very satisfied by their professionalism. They gave me a breakdown of what needed attention, gave me recommendations and prices upfront. I felt I could trust them and the quote they gave me. I had called Hvac people in the past randomly off of google and without even looking they said I had to replace the whole unit which would have costed thousands. I would recommend Temp King to my neighbors and friends because they do the job right.

The second I leave town, the heat breaks during a recent cold snap. Murphy and his law can suck it. Good thing our realator had just referred us to these guys for something else! Trevor, Dean, Chris, and Paul are good dudes that know their stuff. We ended up with a new HVAC unit AND we even bought a softener unit from them, purely based on the quality of their HVAC work. No problem trusting them to be around the family either like with some in the past. Thank you for doing great work!
