Sarah Bradham of the Teresa Fuller Team was truly a joy to work with as we searched for our next home! She guided us through the process with patience, kindness, understanding, and knowledge that was invaluable. We looked at over 40 properties together, fell in love with the wrong house a few times, and finally found "the one" thanks to Sarah's calm and steady presence on this emotional journey. We lost our home in Altadena due to the Eaton Fire and I can't imagine a better fit for our needs than what Sarah provided as we looked for a home to start our next chapter. My wife and I are very happy about getting the sale of our property / former home in Altadena (21 years) completed this month through Teresa Fuller’s Compass team. With all of the emotions & confusion we were experiencing and the dollars at stake and the busyness of our lives - the choice of our real estate team, to be our advocate, was something we focused on very carefully. We found this team to be an amazing combination of things that were very important to us: #1 market expertise in land / former home properties, strategic thoughtfulness, very high TLC for our emotions, and deep insights into rapidly changing market conditions. They were also very collaborative in working with our ideas, and their team’s marketing plan for our property was very creative and appealing to multiple kinds of buyers. Given all that needs to be done with properties like ours, their team structure really paid off for us. Teresa Fuller, as leader, spent lots of time with us, and at our property, guiding us toward a strong & realistic marketing plan & listing price and successfully handled final negotiations with multiple buyers. Corey Vorzimer, as our super effective “daily go-to”, has a very close pulse on how buyers, sellers and other agents are thinking and was super responsive to all of our questions, texts and phone calls along the way. His interactions with the agents representing the multiple buyers helped us achieve our goals for price and terms. Marco Sanchez was super creative in developing videos, social media presence and key marketing materials that were critical in highlighting the unique features of our property that would resonate most with potential buyers. Cynthia Rondon kept us all organized and on track as the Transaction Support Specialist. They each are a delight and were very comfortable to work with. We’ve dealt with a few experienced realtors as both buyers and sellers--Caroline Purvis ranks with the best. There are many moving parts to finding and buying a house and we built great trust and confidence in Caroline’s advice as she competently guided us from beginning the search to closing the deal. She continues providing us with recommendations for contractors and vendors to help us fix up our new house. There were four of us involved in our recent search; Caroline deftly navigated our differing needs and requests. She helped us locate and view a number of houses for sale across a broad geographical area. She was willing and even enthusiastic about scheduling visits on short notice, with multiple visits in a day. Her easygoing and responsive manner makes her a pleasure to work with. Ana Barrett with the Teresa Fuller team was our agents when we recently purchased a home in Long Beach and we could not have been happier with her work. We worked closely with Ana for several months as she patiently sorted through houses in different neighborhoods. We were impressed with her professionalism, diligence, and how she always responded quickly to concerns and questions.
