Had my home serviced by Jason Jelinek. As always he was extremely knowledgeable and polite. He explained the planned service in great detail and answered my questions completely. I never felt rushed. He also reminded me not to let my dog out back for at least 30 minutes. He is a great technician!!!
Shawn happened to be in the area the day we called for a consultation so he stopped by. Everything was very quick and efficient. He’s the type of employee to go out of his way to help customers - you can tell he genuinely cares. Great job Terminix :)
I am a retired Navy Vet living in Hampton Roads. This is the second review I am leaving. we started our service back in December. The following first and following months we still noticed roaches. A manager/supervisor said he wanted to come out on the next visit and I appreciate that. We had a service 03/04/2026. Non the less-today 03/07/2026 I just some creepy crawlies and a roach, yes a roach in my home. I could understand if we were not clean, but we keep this home near immaculate. i just tried the 24/7 number and I cannot get a hold of anyone. This is UNSAT
Chris Hogan was very kind and professional! He even went above and beyond and gave us some helpful tips to keep some bugs away from our home and answered all the questions we had. He was on time for his appointment, very thorough and friendly. Thank you, Chris for your great work every time!
Terminix VA Beach does an excellent job under the house. Found termites under the house and they responded same day. Upon inspection, the moisture level was way too high. They installed a barrier and dehumidifier. 1 year later, no signs of reoccurrence. Chris does a great job with inspection and explaining problems and solutions.
